East Creek itself cannot provide the services below, only the relevant organisation in the subheading. If you require service specific information or support from them (ie, an appointment time with the organisation), it is recommended that you use the contact information below relevant to the service to get in touch.

Please be advised that for Housing related enquiries, we have been requested to direct all requests to The Housing Hub. If you have needs related to housing, please get in touch with them directly through their online webform *here* or call (07) 4699 4440.

HumeRidge Churches of Christ

With Toowoomba’s refugee and migrant population ever growing, we want to do what we can to help them in their transition to living and working in Australia. Speaking the language of a country plays a huge role in how a person functions in society, however many refugees and migrants arrive in Australia with limited and sometimes no English skills. Our local schools do a wonderful job in teaching rh English language to refugee and migrant children, and oftentimes a child in the family becomes a translator for their parents who don’t receive the targeted language development lessons that their child does. We want to do what we can to help with this, and so once a week, we run English Classes here in the Church building.
